Superhero Diary is a mobile game with integrated VR technology to help children better manage anxiety. VR viewer needed to use all the features in the app.

Superhero Diary was showcase in EduTECH Asia Singapore with enthusiastic responses from education experts in South East Asia.

Superhero Diary is your daily go-to app to structure and manage your activities. Plan your routine and cross them out when completed, taking note of your mood while performing the tasks to better familiarize yourself with, well, you. Learn to recognize the symptoms when anxiety starts to build up and ways to overcome it. Planning a list of tasks is not always fun, but it is necessary. To reward your diligence, you get to take on the role of a Superhero and play the VR games. Don’t worry, we will show you how it works in the training room. All you need - in addition to your phone - is a VR viewer. An inexpensive VR cardboard viewer will do just fine.

In this app:

My Diary
A list of tasks set by parents/carers/guardians to help the child establish a routine. User marks the task when it is completed along with the mood-meter.

My Room (VR)
The base of all activities. It is a safe familiar place that can be customised according to user’s preference. When the diary is filled out accordingly, user is awarded with collectible items, unlocking of additional features, and power to play the VR games.

Training Room (VR)
As the name suggests, the place for users to learn how to use the VR features in the app.

Game Room (VR)
The fun section as a reward of being diligent with My Diary.

Mood Meter
A way for users to recognize and convey their emotional level to his or her carer. This is especially useful when the child is experiencing high anxiety and unable to verbalise.
